To be able to make an order, you will need to Apply for Zootly Wholesale and get approved. 
Once you have been approved, your login details will be sent to you. Item prices and the ability to Add to Cart will activated once you are logged in. 

After that all is standard: 
1. Add all the items you would like to order to your cart. 
2. Make sure the relevant details are added for billing and delivery. 
3. Once the order is being processed you will received a summary of your order.
4. An invoice will then be sent to the provided email address.
5. After payment has been made, your order will be shipped.

There are no Minimum Order Quantities. 

We currently only support EFT. Payment should be made to the details provided on your invoice

Shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the order (size of order, location of delivery, time of day the order was processed).

Yes, we support drop shipping. 
During checkout, just tick the "Ship to a different address?", select the "Drop shipment" option, and fill in the delivery address the item is being drop-shipped to.

Unfortunately, we currently do not support international shipping.

Any/all items purchased from Zootly must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange: Item(s) must be in Original Packaging, and Brand New condition. Return must include an original invoice from Zootly. Zootly reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including but not limited to, upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. This return policy is only available to customers of the South Africa. We will do our best to accommodate such a request within our discretion but at the same time keeping you, the customer, satisfied. Zootly reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time.
